With over 20 years in the health and fitness industry, as a Certified Lifestyle Fitness Coach, Sarabeth has learned the importance of being a “good steward of self”. She believes pursuing and maintaining one's physical health is both profitable and virtuous. “Can you serve the Lord in bad health, yes. In fact, many of us do. But it’s wiser, easier and more fun to do it with energy, clarity and strength. And that’s what leading a healthy and fit life has done for me and many others.”
Her Health and Fitness expertise and her training in Ingtergratie Medicine and Nutrition for PTSD and Complex Trauma, has allowed her to create a holistic approach to trauma recovery. She has created a program which implements the use of body movement, muscle relaxation, deep breathing, nutrition and suppplemtntation to help trauma suffers experience relief and healing from painful and scary trauma symptoms.
Sarabeth is also the Founder and CEO of I Am Marvelous Ministries, which serves women/girls in criss and their families. She has a passion to see woman/girls know and live out their true value in Christ. This calling to serve woman/girls can also be seen in her devotional and blog entitled, Masterpiece, her singing, artwork and the, Love Her Podcast.
In her water color and acrylic art pieces, the woman are both beautiful and imperfect. No smooth lines, symmetrical feature or clones. Each piece is unique and complete within itself. “Perfection is an illusion. Grace is reality. I want women to feel beautiful, confident and comfortable in their own skin.” Sarabeth uses the arts in its many forms to express, escape and reward herself. Through her own personal trauma recovery journey, it has played a powerful role in her spiritual, mental and emotional healing and in maintaining her overall wellbeing. “In all my forms of expression I experience the love, acceptance, grace and approval of my Savior. Without that, its just not worth it for me.”
